「It was Amazing!!!will come back again. Thanks」

「Great place to stay!」

「The staff wasn't very helpful. I asked a manager to call me about a payment issue, but I never heard back. When I asked the man at the front desk to explain some of the charges, he made me feel like I was annoying him. The breakfast, pool, and spa were amazing, and the staff there was outstanding. Only the check-in and check-out staff were unwelcoming.」

「Lack of parking is so inconvenient. Had to park in a lot so far away, called for cart rides. Took far too long waiting. Packing luggage twice as much. Not good at all.」

「Excellent location. My only criticism is the property is aging and needs updating. Room furniture cabinets are very old. The slot machine chairs are very worn and should be replaced with new ones.」

「Luna Spa hostess does not know how to smile, especially when telling me that the 22% tip was already added.」

「good」

「Beautiful, historic property with a nice resort atmosphere. Pool was beautiful and restaurant was delicious. Workout gym was a little small and split between an upstairs and downstairs.」

「Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. The restaurant was also excellent.」
