「I booked a king room and I went in and they said they don’t have it they offered to put two twin beds togather but I’m mad on why no one informed me before coming and then the only room that had the king was the upgraded suite I was being unconvinced and the best they said they can do is give me £10 off」

「I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!! The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust! There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train....
