The room was clean. Only saw staff when checking in and was friendly. Parking was right in front of the room. It was easy to get stuff to room. Had stuff going on in the morning so no breakfast.

Really enjoyed the staff welcome, appearance of the lobby, our room was easy to get to. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with waffle maker.

The room was reasonably clean and neat. Room smelled of stale smoke and freshener. Bath fan didn't work. Overall the property and room needs a good cleaning, resolving minor issues and much needed updating. Note: In Centerville, IA there are few options for hotels. Staff were also friendly.

Motel was quiet, well-kept. Breakfast was average at best. Good place for getting over to Lake Rathbun too. Centerville has very few restaurants now.

The place smelled amazing! Very clean and fresh. The room could have used a few more pillows as there were only two on each queen size bed and a couple more trash cans as there was only one in the entire room. But otherwise everything was great!
