"The pet policy is not well enforced. I observed pets about the property not on leashes, sitting on furniture; doesn't lend to the cleanliness of the property. The mesh chair in my room was disgusting. You could see areas where the mesh holes were filled in with some kind of unknown substance, white and flaky. The variety served at breakfast was pleasant. The walls are thin, I was on the second floor and heard everything above me."

"Very pleasant experience except for the bumping late into the evening in the room next door or above us, couldn't tell. Sounded like they were dropping things and lots of bumping noise. We were in room 220."

"Showed up to “we see your reservation but we don’t have a room.” At 7pm no call no message prior to arriving. Refused to refund wouldn’t answer the phone for Expedia to give me a refund so I can book another room last minute. Took 2 days to answer the phone and finally was able to receive a refund. Staff at desk were so rude and showed no remorse or respect to someone who was stressed and calm about needing a refund to get a room and a refund. "

"The room was so cozy and clean. The bed so comfortable. There was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I would definitely stay here again. It is right next to the airport but there wasn’t many planes that I heard durning my stay."
