「Excellent room with a balcony overlooking the pool, clean and very well equipped」

「Otium was very responsive. The three bedrooms and full/queen sized beds were clean and comfortable. There were a few issues with the water pressure but I’ve come to expect that throughout the Caribbean. When needed, Walmart was about 15 mins away and the ferry was a short drive as well. My only real complaint were the barking dogs nearby. The smaller yappy dog barking at 2am really killed the relaxing sounds of the rainforest and woke me up repeatedly. 「The shower was not clean, had sand it’s rusty tiles are broken around the outside of the shower , mirror is all stain up. The hall way did not have a curtain . Kitchen only 1 small pot, and had ants. The AC is horrible it was very HOT. The out side hot tub was not working at , I paid a lot for this place that it’s not worth it. This place needs a remodel and the outside painted. All Staff were so helpful and so nice .」

「靠近码头方便当晚游船，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，性价比高。很遗憾现场没有管理人员，房门密码锁头质量非常差，时间长密码就失效！在语言不通的情况下难以自己开门入住，如果没有司机帮助当晚就不能入住了，游船回来密码再次失效！给我们带来很大麻烦。」

「Best place to stay if you like outdoors, tropical forest views, and nature sounds. Place has direct river access without the need for a long hike. Straight forward check in Attentive host Would definitely choose it again. Thanks Casa Parcha」

「The room was clean. The staff were so nice. The WiFi and AC were great. This was my first hostel experience and as a trans masc person I was pretty nervous but the staff and environment was lovely! The only thing that irritated me was that we didn’t stay there long enough! My partner and I stayed in San Juan afterwards and we were constantly wishing we were back at the hostel!!! Gracias」

「Great property we loved our stay ! Room #2 we had a water issue when taking a shower not sure if it’s the same for each room the lip on the shower is not tall enough water goes over into the room. Breakfast room was great but a great addition would be hard boiled eggs and yogurt.」
