「We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. 「I liked that the location of the resort and it was well maintained however, I wasn't pleased with the room. Upon our arrival, the remote to the TV was missing, the robes were missing, no wash clothes were in the room and the dispenser in the shower was hand soap and conditioner vs shampoo and conditioner. The safe didn't work and you had to leave the balcony door open for the AC to go off. The room was freezing and you can't control the temperature. Staff was great. Food was ok. The steak...

「The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The hotel was up in the mountains and far away from every where. Nothing is in waking distance. They were doing construction on the outside of the building while we were there. The neighborhood boys would come to the basketball court early when they were out of school and you could hear them, so there's no sleeping in on the weekends or early evening hours naps. 「I absolutely loved Riu Reggae. Everyone over there was extremely friendly and helpful and there was so much to do! I’m pretty sure there was a show almost every night! I especially liked the fact that my friends and I were able to go to the other resorts (riu montego bay & riu palace) and do things over there too. The food was good some days and okay other days but it is a resort so my expectations weren’t that high. But overall, the resort was a 10/10!」

「The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was great. The only problem we had was there were only 3 restaurants other than the buffet and beach bar and we were only allowed to go to each of the 3 fine restaurants 1 time even though we were there for a whole week. People who came for 3 nights got to go to the 3 restaurants 1 time each so since we stayed 7 nights we paid 2 times more than them so we feel we should have been able to go to one of the finer 3 restaurants each night.」
