「While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed.
