「We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. 」

「It was a nice pub originally built in the 1600s. Free parking and they are working on upgrades to the rooms. Our room had been done, but the cleaner had missed a couple of small things (previously opened sparkling water). But the staff was very accommodating and even booked us a table for supper, just in case we decided to have it there. Great service!!」

「A large, comfortable and beautiful room with an immaculate bathroom, in a convenient location, for the price of a much more basic brand. Usual gripe that in a family room for 4, they only give you two of everything (cups, bath towels), and that the pub is expensive (£4.20 for a soft drink, £7 for a beer etc), so the savings are offset at dinner.」

「Unfortunately we had to get there early as the contact number on the website is no longer use. Half the building was cold the pool was not open as being renovated the gym also not open or the sauna . The room was so small should have been a single . The 2 staff we saw was lovely and very kind . The place didn’t look ready for any guests . We ended up going home .」

「部屋は清潔でシングルルームの広さも思っていたよりも広くて快適でした。フロントの男性もとても親切で協力的でした。 ただ、チッペナム駅からは予想していたよりも遠くて歩ける距離ではありません。バスを利用しなければなりませんが、土日は近くのバス停にバスがとまりません。バスなどの公共交通機関を利用して旅行する人は注意する必要があります。 また、ここでタクシーを利用する際は、カードが使えるはずですが、タクシー運転手から何度も現金での支払いを求められます。」

「Hotel itself is tired and quite run down, needs a large scale renovation. Room was clean but as with wider hotel is very dated. Hotel breakfast was poor. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Easy and free parking was a good benefit. Easy to access location wise. 」

「Lovely maintained garden in bloom to walk around, modern comfortable and spacious garden rooms in newer wing. However, unfortunately proximity to the M4 means the noise of traffic is inescapable dampening the whole experience - even in the rooms where seals on windows needs improving and very loud in the garden - so no quiet relaxing if noise is an issue. Bathroom was not 100% clean in the room - toothpaste left on wash basin. Breakfast was quite average.」
