「Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.」

「I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting.」

「Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. Parking can be a problem but usually can park in town square (which you need to pay for, either in cash/card or by downloading the local app). Place fairly clean, tables for breakfast...

「We had an excellent stay at Whitley Coach House in March. The property had everything we needed for three nights away to explore the area. It was lovely and clean, very comfortable, light, airy and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals. The fridge has a good size freezer above which is very useful if you want to take frozen food with you. There is a good range of cutlery, crockery and glasses, saucepans, oven/roasting tray's. 「I stayed overnight on Wednesday 3 June. On the Thursday morning I got up to find there was no hot water in my room. I had to wash and shave using cold water. Most unsatisfactory. I went to reception and the staff there was most unhelpful. I asked to make a formal complaint and asked the manager to contact me by phone or email. No follow up has been forthcoming. I feel robbed as I paid quite a high price for the room and in my opinion have not been given the customer service anyone would...
