「This is a smaller hotel with a homely, personal feel that felt unique compared to larger, more commercial feeling hotel / spa combos that are becoming so common now. 「We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all」

「The hotel is very clean, nice and beautiful. They have a big, nice garden and is well managed. It gives you a pleasant environment that you relax and can walk around enjoying the atmosphere. 「Checking in and out was essentially done by self-service on screens at reception, although there was a staff member there to assist. The Club room was spacious and clean. Large bed and comfortable bed. Good sound proofing. We were there for an organised dinner. The staff were very helpful, the food was good and the drinks at the bar were not outrageously priced. They could have stocked a (Scottish) malt whisky, but otherwise there was plenty of choice. Overall, we had a great stay. We did not...
