「The room was good size for family of four kids said sofa bed was comfy. The bathroom spacious although shower door did leak if shower head not positioned in certain position. 「This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. 「The room was fine and the staff was friendly. It was convenient for our travel needs of visiting places near Naples (e.g., the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii). The rooms are trying a bit too hard to be hip and trendy.The area of Naples the hotel is in was surprisingly dirty, even given the reputation of the city for its trash issue. If I were going to be spending more time in Naples itself, I might find a different neighborhood, even if the hotel itself was nice. 」
