"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "

"Very good clean hotel. When I checked into my room the heat would not work. A technician was needed and was not available. In the morning the issue was fixed completely. There was not another room to move me to. I was provided with a portable heater which worked perfectly well for the night."

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"

"Franchement l'hôtel n'a rien à voir avec l'endroit super propre et très calme. Seul complication on doit récupérer les clés et déjeuner dans un autre hotel mais c'est à 7 minutes à pied. Le petit déjeuner juste super vraiment un bon buffet avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande. Et l'hôtesse est super gentille."
