"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

We had some problems checking in; we paid twice for some water we took from the room's minibar, and the staff, looking at the payment receipt from the app, forced us to pay again. "Amazing experience in Búzios. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We stayed at the Master Suite and the view was amazing! We had dinner at aGaleria and it was by far the best food we ate in Búzios. All employees were very attentive but Evison really made our trip special. Everytime he passed by us he greeted us with smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be back. Thank you!"
