You need to speak Portuguese to stay here as they do not speak much English. The billing is a hard as they charge for stuff then credit and you have to watch what's going on my expense report will be a nightmare.

O quarto de inicio estava com cheiro de mofo, mas apos ligar o ar e abrir a porta para varanda o cheiro foi passando, ficou normal apos um tempo, mas quem tem problema respiratório de inicio fica ruim! Estava limpo arrumado, a agua quente demorou muito para esquentar, Os funcionários são muitos bons o atendimento é de exelencia, O corredor tambem tem o mesmo cheiro do quarto sem circulação de ar parece de mofo, saindo do elevador até quarto! Piscina boa, a agua estava quente agradável

Quanto à recepção, dou nota máxima para o Alan! O café da manhã achei o pessoal da cozinha nada flexível. Eles só servem ovos com creme de leite e eu perguntei se tinha ou se poderia fazer ovos sem o creme de leite e o colaborador respondeu que não! Algo que poderia ser simples, não fizeram!
