Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Hotel razoável. As cortinas black-out da janelas não vedam a luz. Nao tem estacionamento para todos. A recepção nao informa se ha estacionamento no prédio ou nao. Voce precisa deixar o carro na rua e ir la perguntar. E geralmente nao tem. Fizeram meu check-in errado e entrei num apto de outro hóspede. Foi constrangedor. E no meu apto nao tinha nem cobertor. Tive que solicitar. Café da manhã fraco. Com suco Artificial. Não fazem na hora. Horrível. Boas instalações. Mas peca no serviço, no estacionamento, e nesse detalhe das cortinas. Nota 4

Amei o hotel, mas um hotel que yem hidromassagem, sauna e piscina, não ter roupão? Tivemos q ficar da Hidro pro quarto e vice-versa todos molhados, pq n tinha um roupão. E o cobertor de frio? Tão fino que passei frio durante a noite. Mas fora isso, tudo ótimo. Limpeza impecável. Pretendo ir mais vezes apesar dos pesares, é um bom lugar. Ps. Comprem com café da manhã incluso, pq foi o melhor café da manhã de todos os hotéis que eu já estive. A cozinha é nota mil, eles não param e é o tempo todo repondo as coisas. Eles são excepcionais.
