「While the property itself is beautiful, our overall experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard we expected. From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple issues that were handled poorly by management and staff. Our initial room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortable and unusable. We were initially told the hotel was fully booked, yet we were eventually moved to another room after considerable discussion. This was particularly frustrating...

「The Villa Montarioso is a fantastic stay. The staff was delightful, the breakfast was amazing. It is a little out-of-the-way, but the S7 bus stop is a few steps away and the taxi is only about 15 Euros to get into the tourist area.」

We stayed in the romantic suite for our 15 year anniversary, and it did not disappoint! Everything was so great! I wish we could stay longer!」

「This is the first night we stayed in Toscana. The hotel is a real castle located on the top of the hill. The beautiful landscape of agricultural view seen from the hotel was panoramic and breathtaking. The family suite was cozy, containing one living room and two bedrooms. The thermal swimming pool was fantastic and spa center was amazing. Breakfast was flourish. The dinner was also good but overpriced actually. As a whole, I highly recommend staying in Catello di Velona as you visit Toscana.」

The suite itself was classy and full of character. We had a brilliant private spa experience which was super relaxing after a long driver during the day.
