「Exactly as the posting makes one hope for! Rachelle is such a wonderful host, showing true hospitality like "the old days". She was flexible for us to store our luggage and helped us get a taxi on our way out of town when the apps weren't working. The apartment is one of the cleanest places we've stayed. 「Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. 」

No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again.」

「The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and the rooms were big. My room had a bedroom, a living room, and the beds were comfortable. The location was good too as it was away from the main bar scene of Florence but walking distance (15-25 min) to everything Florence had to offer. The hotel has no amenities but worth it.」
