"Breakfast is terrible. We tried it for the first day and never went back for the other days of the stay. The bathroom door was broken and would not close. The room floor was dirty. The bathroom floor was streaked with paint. We requested a roll out bed but were told that there were none, somehow one magically appeared later. There is no coffee machine in the room. The second day of our stay half the lights went out. The hotel is very smoky smelling and the hallways are full of smoke and other smells. The staff was not rude but could have done an overall better job of customer service. "

"Two “queen” beds is actually two double beds and the AC unit created a moldy, musk smell the entire trip."

"Stayed two nughts. Room was spacious and clean. I liked the bathroom- was clean and modern. Breakfast was good, the usual you get at most hotels. Staff was friendly and parking plentiful. We would stay here again."

"I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. "

"Should have been made aware that the entire lobby area was under deep renovation. Breakfast in meeting room. Room was next the elevator - noisy! Room so small. Shower and toilet so close. Least favorite hotel rom design ever! Not worth $265 - !!!"
