「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The room was very charming, with a private balcony. The second floor lobby was very comfortable for eating and lounging. The hotel supplies hot water for tea or hot chocolate at all times, plus all plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware, and with a fridge and microwave in the room, it was very easy to prepare simple meals there. It's an easy walk to Main Street or to the Peak 8 gondola.」

「Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.」

「The best night’s sleep I had during a week long road trip! The unit is very good, the bed is spectacular (even though it’s a Murphy bed). The location rocks. The complex is due for some much needed seasonal maintenance. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Otherwise, great stay!」

「Staff was incredible. Hotel was clean, updated, and well stocked. Our only complaint was that the restaurants were all closed but we understood because it was the off season. The indoor bowling alley was a huge plus though 」

「The condo had a nice mountain vieq from the terrace deck. Mostly a quiet resort, accomodated by a single garage, accessing the condo easily. The kitchen rooms had the essentials, slow cooker, toaster, and dinnerware settings for 4 people. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, it wasn't great when dispensing the coffee. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable, bathroom and showers were fine. We saved money preparing our own meals most of the time there. Breckenridge is expensive to eat...
