「Room was clean, but towels and bedding sheets are old especially towels I work as manager of a hotel those towels are white and where I work we cut them as a rug. The guy at the front desk was sitting down when I open the door he did not even look up so I had to ask if that is the the front desk. He said yes never say about welcoming us after 8 hours drive was easy parking」

「you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. 」
