"Wrong room was reserved. Staff sent up a rollaway with 12 pillowcases. No toilet paper in bathroom. The breakfast room was crowded with people, taking an abundance of items each "

"Clean Room and all, but the elevator was not working. Had to carry four luggage and backpacks up two staircases at 1 am as we were exhausted from driving. No help was provided. The breakfast section was under the basement level and didn't have much options. Just eggs and bacon, no vegan protein options. "

"My stay was good until the am arrived and the housekeeping team continuously keep slamming doors while cleaning the rooms! As soon as I will call back to sleep, I would jump out of my sleep with fear due to the slamming of doors! I have trouble sleeping at night, mostly early morning hours I will finally be able to sleep. So of course, once I can get a good sound of sleep I’m glad. But there is a problem when people are slamming doors that can wake up the nation!"

"The bistro was at best a 5 on the scale of one to 10. The only thing good about your hotel was the staff! They are wonderfu. The people in the hierarchy of Marriott should be ashamed of themselves. For the horrible position, you put those people in because your properties, physically are shabby . And they have no support and they’re stuck explaining to the customers why you people are so cheap and that you don’t have an organized way in how you operate your properties. How anyone gives good ratings for this property defies any explanation… it was pure dung.. not even a coffee station for a complementary coffee. Pay for parking. I will never stay at a Courtyard By Marriot again. You received an email off of the initial complaint they asked for it. I told them, and they offered nothing in return. I will be all over the Internet, speaking the truth about Courtyard By Marriot… there wasn’t even an elevator that worked on one side.."
