「We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. 「Liked the convenience and location. Room nicely cleaned and serviced. Staff excellent, especially Luigi at Reception who helped us. Breakfast was acceptable but we really appreciated the provision of yoghurt and boiled eggs. No laundry in the neighborhood other than the super expensive hotel service.」

「Well-located. Almost brand-new. Delightful & supremely helpful staff. Breakfast Fabulous! Breads, coffees, fruits, meats. Juices too. Sea view from lobby & room. We neededcactaxi to a restaurant a half hour away and they arranged for it for us. Only complaint was slow elevator when hotel was full. 」
