We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. This hotel is ideally located in the centre of Taranto. Stopped 2 nights and was not disappointed with this gritty city and lovely hotel.The staff were excellent and the hotel is excellent too.
