「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

Security and entry efficient and controlled, great location for a brief walk to the city centre. Good communication and open ended assurance of support, if required, from the host. 」

「Breakfast was excellent. Shower was as well. Beds not so much. Rooms were comfortable and good-sized. Restaurant was very good. The area around the hotel is quite sparse - not much going on there but that made parking easier and convenient.」

「The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. The underground parking gave us peace of mind with our rental car and travels. The proximity of the grocery store and other shopping facilities was a big plus to our everyday needs. I would like to extend a special thank you to the manager and staff for all their help, availability and kindness. Thank you」
