A very well appointed apartment, with a high standard throughout, bedding, towels, furniture, all very good quality, providing a comfortable and relaxing ambience. Security and entry efficient and controlled, great location for a brief walk to the city centre. Good communication and open ended assurance of support, if required, from the host.

A great place to stay just outside the city centre. 25 min walk into Belfast and feels safe. Near to the Botanical Gardens and Ulster Museum. Accomodation was clean and comfortable - great having a seating / dining area separate to the bedroom as we visited with friends and could have drinks together. Would stay here again if visiting Belfast.

This apartment was the perfect culmination of our tour of Ireland over 3 weeks. It has quality fittings, excellent space along with free parking on site. Christine & staff provided excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend Ulsterville Apartment.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed, 5 mins from Lisburn Road shops and takeaways and buses into City centre, 10-15 walk to Ulster Museum and Queens University. Apartment was spotless, communication with host was excellent, will definitely stay here again.

I can’t begin to say enough about our short stay here. We came from the USA to visit our son who is attending Queen’s for the semester. From the moment before we checked in, we were welcomed by Mickey and Christine via What’s App. They helped us with parking, left new batteries for our tv remote and fresh towels when we asked, and were always available to help with questions we had. We loved the on-site parking, the cleanliness of the space. We loved how it had a kitchen space with a washer and dryer. I was able to do some laundry and cook some meals to freeze for my son. It is about a 10 min walk to Queen’s but we felt incredibly safe walking even at night. It’s on a quieter street so we didn’t hear any street noise at night. The beds were super comfortable. There was space for our luggage and soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The space was perfect for three and could be great for four as well. We were so happy we chose to stay here rather than a hotel because we had space to relax and stretch out.

Beautiful apartment, furnished and maintained well, and above all else, perfectly clean. Communication was superb, both beforehand and after we left a couple of bits in the flat by mistake. Could not recommend highly enough

Excellent stay. The property was well maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. We walked to Ryan’s, The Mad Hatter, Nico’s, and other restaurants/pubs. The location is also within walking distances of Queen’s University and the botanical gardens. I highly recommend Belfast and the Ulsterville Residences.

Brilliant for Belfast

It’s a wonderful place to stay. Good location and parking with a walk to the city. Rooms are well furnished comfortable clean and have all that you need. Lisburn Road has a vast array of food options and pubs if you want on the doorstep. Have stayed twice and will be back again.

Wonderful stay in the Ulsterville once again

The Ulsterville is an amazing place to stay. We love it so much this is our third time to stay here! The shower is great and the beds are so comfy. There was a storm this time for our check in day so the nice lady from the Ulsterville rang us and let us push back our trip by one day at no extra cost…so nice of them. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Belfast! (Private car park is an added bonus)

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. After 2 other stops at B&Bs (in Derry and Bushmills) we knew we would be on our own for breakfast - there were small groceries nearby and the kitchen was very well-appointment for cooking! Christine communicated with us for an easy check in process. Parking is on-site and super easy. The apartment was spacious and clean. The area is quiet and the beds were very comfortable. There were buses nearby to go into central Belfast but we actually found it very walkable (it was a little over a mile to the city center and was a very easy walk). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We loved staying at the Ulsterville Residences and we wished that we had stayed a few more nights here. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for traveling with family. The kitchen was well equipped and cheerfully decorated. What I liked the most was that the apartment was quiet, yet we could walk to a busier area with grocery stores and restaurants within five minutes. The city centre is down the way and we could walk there in around 20 minutes or so, which was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Belfast Apartment

Clean, spacious, and amazing pillows! Has plenty of kitchen items including a kettle, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the host’s communication was excellent too.
