「1/5 stars — Left a night early This room (20) was in rough shape. Several outlets didn’t work, which made it hard to charge anything or use the small appliances already in the room. The carpet by the door was soaking wet when we arrived, and combined with a musty, stale smell, it was obvious there’s an ongoing moisture problem. The mini fridge and microwave area was visibly stained and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We tried to air the room out, but the blinds on the one window...

「The resort is in a great area, very easy to walk the town. But, it really needs updates. Our 1st night the room was very moldy smelling, the front desk was nice and moved us. The next room was better, but still in need of updates. 」

「The room was clean and had a refrigerator which was really nice. The lobby was supposed to have coffee and juice but the coffee was very poor and there was no cream or creamer. We ate at Samuelson's and the food was adequate but the salad bar was mostly empty and not restocked. They do not have any breakfast options. Overall it was a decent place to stay but there are definitely some things missing.」

「Good location, but the place is not as clean and modernly updated as advertised. WiFi worked on and off over our stay, kept cutting in and out. Carpet was old and had an odor to it, photos online were pretty deceiving to reality when we arrived. We made it work though.」

「A very comfortable place to stay with family. Indoor and outdoor pools are great for the kids. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The mattress of the sofa bed in the living room could be updated and more comfortable.」
