We really liked rhis resort only that the sofa bed cover and sheets were never changed out super dirty. I did call fronf desk and rheh sent clean one up. The slide is also only open until 4:45pm so kiddos weren't able to enjoy that. Resort is nice by mountains

This is an ideal location for getting around. Breakfast staff were great. Check in person took so long to check us in and then gave directions we couldn’t understand. The staff are very helpful and nice! It is a wonderful location right on the beach! And you can walk to several places to eat if you don’t want to drive. Free shuttle is also helpful if you want to go further. It’s under renovation so can’t comment on the pool since it was closed during our stay ...

Our room was not clean. There were all of these hidden fees when we arrived. When I booked on Expedia it claimed all fees were included but when I arrived we were charged 45 dollars a day for parking and had to sounds minimum of 20 dollars a day at the hotel.
