Excellent location and a very pleasant overall experience. The hotel was extremely clean, well maintained, and the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Jonathan and Pat for their professionalism and great customer service. We had a small request, and they handled it quickly and with a positive attitude, which we really appreciated. The rooms were very clean, the towels were fresh and spotless, and you can tell the property is maintained with care. Honestly, we did not expect the hotel to be this clean and comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

The rooms, facilities, location and amenities are all wonderful. Great property for families. The 4 stars is due to the lack of staff at times. The breakfast buffet was delicious however, during peak hours there were many tables that were not cleaned timely which left us waiting before we could sit. The same was true when attempting to get service poolside. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming, it just felt like they were understaffed. Would definitely return.

Nice location in a very walkable part of San Diego

Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent.

Love the Cadillac ride share program, which is part of the resort fees. Staff very friendly Check in and Check out was easy
