「First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out.
Secondly, there was lift in the hotel so I could go to my room easily with my heavy luggage. The room was very tidy and clean. I felt very cozy. The decoration of...
「Very good air-conditioning which ran in the day even if you left. Good soundproofing - you can hear the tram but it doesn't disrupt at all. Nice continental breakfast with fresh fruit. Overall a comfortable stay.」
「The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay.」
「Th staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but in need of upgrades (the bathroom in particular). The baseboard was separating from the wall, the floor seemed to buckle in certain areas from moisture i guess and the shower showed definite signs of wear.」
「When you arrive at the B&B, there is no one there to greet you. You ring the bell, say who you are and you are buzzed in. No words spoken. Your key is on a table. We entered the room and it was decent sized and appeared fairly clean (more on this later). As about a 1/2 hour my wife said, “it seems like a bunch of “dudes” run this place.” And she was right….
There is an incredible lack of attention to detail —- no glasses in the room,no bottled water in the room (although there are bottles of...
「We stayed in Room 9, which is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are kind and friendly. It's a little far away from the metro station but within managable walking distance.」
「
The warm and welcoming atmoshere created by your staff made me feel right at home. the attention to detail in the room, the impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is excellence.」
「Close to 20 minute walk to Central station, not too close, but can do with luggage.
Bathroom is newly decorated while the rest are nice and clean.
People at 24 hour desk is nice and helpful. Got a slow elevator but it’s much better then without.」
