「I was contacted by the owner on the day via whatsapp and was very friendly English speaker that helped direct me from the station to the place. Staff were great and the checkin process was easy. Good selection of breakfast items. The room was very warm but we could open the windows. The only thing was the sofa bed was very squeeky. Location was great for the tricolore metro and could get to the center in 1 stop.」

「Clean, tidy, comfy beds, free water and coffee. Perfect location with lots of great restaurants just round the corner. Beautiful cafe/pastry shop literally below the hotel too. 20 minute walk to the city centre. The bar nearby can be noisy at night so not suited for light sleepers. Staff were patient enough to allow me to practice my Italian when checking in too, thank you! 」

「Very good location in a classical real Milano neighbourhood. Hotel is very clean and nice. Staff is friendly and I would not hesitate coming back. I was in town for a conference at Rho Fiero and the train commute was easy.」

「這間酒店是我在米蘭，臨時臨急尋找的！他們的房主10分好，可以比我提早check-in ，及購買多一天住宿酒店！附近10分方便，由於我是開車的，附近有很多的停車位置！還有2分鐘的路程地鐵站！只要搭三個站就可以去到大教堂！ 附近還有超市 房間很大，其實可以住多四人 洗衣機及乾衣機一體化10分好，他們房主還提供洗衣液！最滿意是他們的吹風機風力強！及這裏的性價比10分高！這是覺得一個不錯的選擇！還有他們有升降機的 還有如果你有什麼疑問你可以WhatsApp他們的房東，他會幫你馬上解決」

「Very nice staff. Clean and modern room. 15 Minutes with Metro from LIN airport. 20 Minutes walk to city centre. I will come back when in Milan again.」

「Housekeeping everyday, thank you so much for the cleaning, especially I always mess my room. Staff is all really friendly: explained how to use the coffee machine at the 1st morning; helped me to dispose that damaged suitcase. Tram and Bus stops are directly situated in front of / next to the hotel, no need to worry about getting to the centre. Only downside: I stayed in the Single Room. My 31 inch suitcase is impossible to place on the floor. But, to be honest, the room size is acceptable...
