「We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found...

「Very good location with cheap and yum food. Just need to cross the road, and walk a bit, you will find very yum food with local price. Shopping mall is in 20 mins walking distance too or you can take taxi. I also bothered the staff for several times but every time they helped me a lot. Terimakasihhhh.」

「Very nice hotel since room is large and clean. The only comment is the swimming pool is a bit small. Luckily when I swim on the morning, I am the only person using the swimming pool.」

「They didn’t arranged my room on time, I waited in the lobby for around an hour. So they offered me free breakfast for the next morning. Both my room and the swimming pool was clean, the bathroom was really nice. All the staffs were very kind, if they didn’t put the hairdryer inside the room, feel free to ask. The breakfast was great and delicious, they provided many different foods for customers to choose.」
