「This hotel was a huge disappointment. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff. From the moment we checked in, our experience was unpleasant. The young lady at reception (whose name began with "G") was unfriendly, spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand her, and made us feel anything but welcome. The hotel's policies are absurd. Guests are expected to pay extra for basic amenities such as beach...

「Great location right on the beach and close to Benalmadena harbour. Clean, well kept pool area with bar and restaurant and great rooftop bar with views. Great value.」

「The room was dirty Wiped bathroom floor was black. Floors nor washed or vacuumed. Linens dirty and had to be changed. NO PARKING. NOT MENTIONED ON BOOKING. had terrible time finding parking. Check in person had a smile but could not care. Asked parking where. No care. Buffet breakfast was good. Beach was good. Hotel service packed and no room.」

「Wij komen hier al jaren. Een fijn, klein ,wel wat verouderd maar proper hotel op een zeer goede locatie. Rustig aan het zwembad maar, je mag ook gebruik maken van het zwembad van Amaragua, dat je bereikt via een doorgang. Ik mis wel de betrokkenheid en vriendelijkheid van het vorige personeel. Dit personeel is wel klaar om te helpen als je erom vraagt maar, als je zelf niet groette bij het binnenkomen, keken ze zelfs niet op. De poetsvrouwen daarentegen doen hun werk uitstekend en zijn heel...

「Das Hotel ist einzigartig!! Die Zimmer unglaublich geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Aussicht fantastisch! Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Danke an Laura für das herzliche willkommen !! Die Bar und der Garten sind paradiesisch. Das Essen ist köstlich. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes.」

「在parador里面算不上很好，不过基本设施都是很到位的，高尔夫球场也很好。但靠着大海却碰不到海水，高尔夫球场的防护网把酒店全包围了。500米外的马约尔广场是个中低端的奥特莱斯，购物方便但没有精品。机场离酒店很近，飞机感觉就从头顶飞过，去机场也就很方便。」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. We booked two sea-view rooms with balconies and the views made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were så clean and fresh smelled, beautifully decorated, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and almost everything you might need. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The only items not provided were toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options...
