「All the staff we dealt with were friendly, attentive and very helpful especially the lady on the front desk when we arrived who arranged a shuttle to the airport at 3 am the next morning Had a great meal at the restaurant. The room was very nice, clean throughout and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend the hotel!! 」

「Beautiful hotel, location, grounds & facilities. Only issue was building work right across the street 」

「Lovely stay in Fuengirola. The hotel buildings and grounds are impressive and the location is amazing - right on the front with direct access to the promenade and beach. There are lots of restaurants to walk out to. We also ate in the italian restaurant and the tapas place that are part of the hotel. The food and service were excellent. The outdoor pool isn't open until 1st April but you can still use the loungers etc. There is an indoor pool and spa which is open year round. 12 euros a session....

「Room wasn’t properly cleaned and pillowcase was smelling bad. Got one of the worst rooms on ground floor with smelly bathroom and not any balcony view even when booked it was different picture. Think that no other guest were on ground floor except staff. Maybe one room was engaged with guests in same floor ,all others were on higher floors.」
