「All the staff we dealt with were friendly, attentive and very helpful especially the lady on the front desk when we arrived who arranged a shuttle to the airport at 3 am the next morning Had a great meal at the restaurant. The room was very nice, clean throughout and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend the hotel!! 」

「Wonderful team - super attentive, coordinated, functioning impeccably. Beautiful premises with a nice pool and a great pool bar. Everything is super clean and wonderfully maintained. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating to our two young children. A++」

「Nice room but my goodness it’s noisy. There is an open air nightclub which runs until after 2am on the weekends.
Front desk and concierge great although the hotel was quiet but still couldn’t offer a late checkout.
Breakfast and bit of a shambles. They are also very confused about what is the Nobu and what is the neighbouring Punto Romano hotel. 」
