"Outdated rooms, mattress and pillows were very poor quality. Pool bar needs to be better maintained. Restaurants did not deliver. Staff seems to expect a tip for anything they do, from serving water at breakfast, to drinks at any of the bars. If you do not tip, you will not get service. Elevators take a very long time. Coffee bar did not open until 10am, what is the point of coffee half way through the morning? Too many locals pushing you to buy excursions on the beach, not comfortable to try and relax when being hounded. "

"Report was nice . we booked two rooms. Both being the same one room is drastically larger than the other. When we asked for our other room to be changed, they denied it saying it was the same."

"The staff was extremely helpful, definitely were very knowledgeable of the menu and activities around the property, specially the Luna staff including Richard, Rayny, Bryan, Wilmer, Jessica, Jose, Viany, Wagner and Eudy, definitely made my stay 1000% more pleasant that it should’ve been."

"between buildings we could see partial ocean pools were ok staff excellent room had issues shower leaking through glass door had someone come to fix not done correctly used a lot of towels to keep floor dry so not to slip toilet flusher (float) we had to fix most of the time cable out for a couple days so no tv buffet breakfast very pricey for what they severed"
