"Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend. "

"Staff was friendly and resort was clean. Was some wear and tear, but overall in good shape. Beach was phenomenal and pools were great. Restaurant foods were good especially steak house and hibachi. Bufffets were good but not great"

"Water tastes horrible. To buy one water is 16$. For a small Dasani from bar is 7$. They say they provide water bottles with fill up stations and they’re nowhere to be found. When you ask for help the look at you like you’re stupid. Very rude. Very expensive. They charge you for housekeeping to come in even if you deny the service. Resort fees are mandatory but not disclosed at check in. Most amenities are either broken or in non working order. Everything closes at 5 pm besides the casino."
