「Beautiful property in a great location. Loved the pool area which had an amazing view. 」

「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」

「The view is gorgeous but the half mile trek uphill was undersold. They warn you that it’s a little trek but it is a steep incline )17-18 flights) to the center of town. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening due to the distance back/forth and got food poisoning from the seafood. Two days of our trip was spent stuck in the room. The charge to transport your luggage is ridiculous but necessary with the hotel being so far. Concierge did give good advice on ferry tickets.」
