「這次住了3晚兩種房型：108 跟113,都非常好， 真正的洞穴房型。早餐很棒，視野很好。 尤其是113 Moonlight，能夠住在仙女煙囪，真是很棒的體驗，飯店走路不遠就是看能看夕陽~ 這個家族經營的飯店，服務很好，非常親切，我們租車在土耳其自駕旅行，飯店有停車場，不用擔心~ 飯店有良好的旅遊行程代訂服務~ 唯一小小缺點，就是保險箱故障，但是我們不介意，若下次再來格雷梅，我還是會選擇這裡的。 」

「I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goreme. The location is perfect—right in the heart of town and very convenient for shopping and exploring the local area. My room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable, providing a great space to relax. 「優點是洗澡的水量很大，也夠熱。早餐不錯很豐富。 缺點是我們4人住3人房加床，連住3個晚上，辦理入住時櫃檯就說，入住只提供1瓶大瓶的水，之後不再補充……。我們只好從山腳下自己去超市買了2大桶水搬上來，提供入住3天的飲用水。 而且每天來打掃房間的時候，廁所的衛生紙都沒有補充，即便我們用完了衛生紙也完全沒有補充，我們還要自己跟櫃檯拿。 住宿基本的飲用水和廁所用的衛生紙不是飯店或民宿應該提供的基本設施嗎！！？？，這一點就非常非常的糟糕！！」

「The hotel is beautiful and unique, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived later in the evening and were greeted so warmly, and there was even a lovely tray of fruits and nuts waiting for us in our room. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, only about a 5 minute walk to the center, so we were still close enough to enjoy all the hustle and bustle. 「Seeing Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip and stayed 3 night in this hotel. Located on a high ground of Goreme with stunning panoramic view to the entire valley. One of the best place to see the early morning hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel setting is excellent with every room is different in shape and confriguration, and the real cave room, the one I had, was an unique experience to me. Cave room do not have air-conditioning and bathroom exhaust is not good enough. And...

「The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. 」
