"The elevator was down in the front of the hotel so it was a long walk to the back corner elevator. Not a complaint, just stating a fact. I don’t mind walking but I saw lots of older guests here for biltmore Christmas that I would imagine needed a closer elevator, probably not the best time to update. Other than that, it’s conveniently located to biltmore, the beds are very comfortable, and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this location and stay there again. "

"Very nice stay. 2 couples staying in a bedroom suite. Plenty of room. Very comfortable beds. Nice fireplace and spacious kitchen and bathroom. Easy access with either stairs or an elevator. Very friendly office staff. "
