「We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful historical home. The staff were friendly with the perfect balance of being accessible without being intrusive. The star of breakfast was a delicious homemade quiche. An assortment of standard breakfast fare was also available.」

「Breakfast consisted of choice of eggs, garlic biscuit, two steps of bacon, soup like gravy, side order of mushrooms and kale, water, orange juice, and coffee. Other than the eggs there was no choice. Lodge is an old house in which floors creak above your room and voices of other guest can be heard through out. 「First, the gentleman (gnanda) that checked us in was awesome. He was very pleasant, provided us with options and made sure we got into our rooms safely. Never been treated that well anywhere else. Second, the rooms, lobby and breakfast room were all exceptionally clean. Third, the lady that checked us out (amurph) was very pleasant and efficient. Too bad I don't travel through that area more often.」
