「First, the gentleman (gnanda) that checked us in was awesome. He was very pleasant, provided us with options and made sure we got into our rooms safely. Never been treated that well anywhere else. Second, the rooms, lobby and breakfast room were all exceptionally clean. Third, the lady that checked us out (amurph) was very pleasant and efficient. Too bad I don't travel through that area more often.」

「Room and hotel was impeccable clean. I was in room 107, which is the closest to the front desk. It was a fantastic location, except during the breakfast buffet. The chairs made allowed noise when being moved. Not a huge deal, but I would recommend putting some padding underneath or tennis balls. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. As mentioned.
