「Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! 」

Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. It was great to be able to go downstairs for a swim with islands to sit on just at the back of the hotel. 「The property is very convenient for visits at the Megapolis archeological park (5/10 mins walk) and the island of Ortigia (30 mins). The host has been superfriendly and provided lots of useful recommendations for must see and restaurants in Syracuse.」

Great customer care and personality. Loved the room and view out the back window. Quiet, clean, comfy, and within walking distance to Ortegia and / or the hop on hop off bus. 「Staff was great, the room was charming and the breakfast was the best in Italy! There was street noise in the later evening as we were trying to sleep. We are not party people. The arrival and parking situation was unclear as this was our first Ortigia trip. I thought that we had arranged for someone to park our car. We had to walk our luggage in to the hotel with no where to park leaving someone with the car and police officers telling us we could not stay there then drive to a public parking...

「This was a two night stay. Loved the rooms but didn't like not having someone on site to assist with check in. Although, it was seamless communicating via WhatsApp to check into our rooms. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Syracuse. The parking is secure behind a gate and there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Plus there was a bus stop a half a block away for added convenience. 」
