"Big rooms with kitchen. One bathroom glass door was missing and one stove burner was not working. Ocean Views at the room are amazing but the beach is very dangerous and swimming is never permitted. We will not return. Staff was seldom nice only three were nice of many that we spoke with. Most employees were afraid of management. Too sad."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Riu Santa Fe. The staff was friendly, and the water park was super fun, definitely a highlight for us. The shows were good, MJ, Rock Still Alive and the Mexican one, were very good. My main concern was the atmosphere created by the pool parties. While I support people having fun, it sometimes felt uncomfortable having that same party crowd mixed into family areas, especially during dinner. On a few occasions, the dress code didn’t seem to be enforced, which affected the dining experience. That said, we loved Cabo San Lucas and would most likely return. With a bit more attention to maintaining a consistent dress code and separating party and family environments, the experience could be even better."

"Very big hotel however once you got the lay of the land it was easy to navigate. Loved idea of no keys. Wristbands. Hotel was very central lots of choices of restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed our stay"

These guys are super stars! Management team lead by Enrique and Juan also great and really understand priority of guest services and experience - real pros. We’ll be back for sure. "

"Our experience was terrible the first room we went into had food smeared on the walls and the tv missing from the wall with cables hanging out. They moved us to a second room that had no hot water & maintenance was unable to fix. We were charged for a missing bracelet that was never lost. Our room key lock was broken so we had to get rescanned at the front desk every time we needed to enter. Both rooms were dirty. Never staying again. It is not normal for me to write a negative review but I was terribly disappointed in this hotel"
