"We were greeted by very friendly staff. I think they upgraded us because we had perfect Mountain views of the three sisters. The room was very cozy and lodge like with a fireplace. The hot tub, sauna, and water slides were great, my sons loved them. Breakfast had so many options and was very enjoyable. We also liked coming back to the hotel and being greeted with hot chocolate and fresh chocolate chip cookies every day! This is our new go to place to stay when going to the mountains. Usually we stay in Banff for a higher cost but less value., The location and everything that came with this hotel made it way worth it to take a 15 minute drive when we wanted to visit Banff. It had easy access to the highway which made it convenient to head to sunshine and Louise, plus lots of free parking.which is always hard to find in Banff. All staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned immaculately every day. I am an Expedia platinum member because I travel extensively and I highly recommend this hotel."

"There was a complete lack of cleanliness during my stay. Both the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub were extremely dirty—I could clearly see dead insects floating in the water. After using the pool, I even developed severe rashes, which was very concerning. Additionally, the EV charging stations in the parking area were not functioning at all. As I was traveling with a fully electric car, I was unable to charge it, causing significant inconvenience throughout my stay. A hair dryer is a basic amenity that should be available in every resort room, yet there was none provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, in the men’s changing room by the pool, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty, and there was no staff available to restock or assist."

"Parking was a nightmare. There are not many parking spaces and guests had to park on the sidewalks but were blocking cars from being able to get out. It was a free for all. The hot tub was packed during the entire stay (morning, daytime, and nighttime) with groups of partiers. Management did nothing about the parking or the hot tub. The unit is older but well-equipped. When booking for 4 guests, the website did not indicate that everyone was staying in the same bedroom. Poor value for the money spent."

"The rooms are nice but outdated. It’s hard to sleep with all the noise and lights and the beds are not super comfortable. The staff is absolutely incredible. Anything you need they can help you with anything very sweet. I never saw breakfast and I don’t believe it was included. Hot tub is nice but overrun with people."
