「In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.」

「Dated but clean. Front desk guy is incredible. My mom was worried because she hadn’t heard from me. We were out hiking and had no service. She called the hotel and he tracked me down and called her back. 」
