"Staff went above and beyond Our travelling companion had a jar of sauce fall out of the car and break upon our arrival. Staff noted the brand and 3 days later a jar of that appeared on her bedside. Totally unasked for and unexpected! Well done Chateau Frontenac"

"Decent lodging. Kinda out of town but close to YQB airport and St Foy train station. Right on the highway so ask for a room that doesn’t have windows on highway side. It’s pretty loud where we stayed. Wish I’d known. Easy parking. Signs are not well lit if you are trying to find it at night, so go slow as you approach if driving."

"I stayed here primarily because the Seaport can accommodate requests for fragrance free stays. The room was clean and hypoallergenic, which met my needs. The location is across the street from a public transportation station, so this made getting to a bus or train easy. There's lots of food nearby too. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"I was able to check in extra early, around noon, while normal check in was 4:00pm. The staff was real kind, the lobby was busy with people coworking, and the room was clean. Loved the bathroom totes! And the shampoo and conditioner was a great brand! No detail was missed!"
