「We had to pay extra to use spa facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi. In addition after I payed extra to use the spa, one of the sauna rooms was out of order and the hot tub was not hot. It was luke warm at best. 」

「Amazing stay at One Ibiza Suites. This was my second time staying there, rooms are so spacious and clean, the pool is great too. The staff really made the stay though, so attentive and welcoming. They went above and beyond for my birthday and our entire stay. The vibes, the food, drinks and location were great. Will definitely be staying again on future visits! Highly recommended.」

「Das Torre del Mar ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind groß und das gesamte Hotel war ordentlich und sauber. Es gab ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Lediglich die Anmietung eines Mietwagens über das mit dem Hotel kooperierende Unternehmen können wir nicht empfehlen, das liegt aber eher an der Firma und weniger am Hotel. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder! 」

「From the start of the stay to the end, it was a wonderful experience at Argos Hotel. The front of hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and dealt with any questions quickly both via email, and in person. Room was clean, tidy, well-lit and double bed was huge - definitely request one. A cot was also offered (and provided) 'just in case', and didn't take up much space. Cleaning staff were super friendly as well and did a great job. 「This resort and hotel are really only geared up for good weather, and it was mixed in the week we spent here. When the sun was shining it was lovely but there isn't much to do in Portinatx when it isn't (public transport is limited). It also might have been better to go earlier in the season (we were 6 - 13 Oct), as within the hotel it felt like some things were running out and not being replaced, and many restaurants were closed. Overall, a nice trip but the quality of the hotel didn't match...
