「Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena. Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from Airport) Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca. The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open. There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but...

「Excellent location. Impressive foyer. Room was comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was very nice and staff in the restaurant were pleasant and worked hard. Staff on reception also polite and helpful. One suggestion would be to include easy to access plug sockets for charging of phones etc. Thank you so much.」

「房间很小而且布局很简陋、如果这样算四星酒店的话明显是不够的！浴室的玻璃门关不严、洗完澡后淋浴间外面全是水！早餐也比较简陋、水果都是整个没剥开的、如果只想吃一点点就没有可能！停车很方便、而且外面是免费的、门口就有一个加油站！」

「Excellent hotel on the lake with convenient access to the ferry on Menaggio. Room is big and very comfortable, bathroom and shower is excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a very beautiful view on the lake, we didn't try the restaurant for dinner」
