The bedroom smelt of damp and there was black mould behind the desk. The surroundings of the Hotel itself are beautiful however , at current it's a building site. Very dissapointing. Breakfast was meh. Expecting better.

The place is quiet and very clean. Just hard to get around without a vehicle. You can’t call Uber but it will cost you so better to just rent a car. Staff friendly and tries very hard to help their guests 💕

Beautiful rural setting, quiet and peaceful. Not easily reachable by public transport. If you have a car, no problem, there is free parking. Room was nice and big. However window was too high to look outside which felt a bit awkward. Staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

Bad service

Hotel looks great online but it was really disappointed. When we checked in our room did not look as good as the photos. It was a hot day and the air-conditioning was not working, the room was so hot and stuffy. We approached the receptionist who told us to wait 30 minutes as she has reset the aircon. We waited an hour and nothing but hot air. Went back to receptionist who told us she could not do anything further as the supervisor was not there and we had to wait for the supervisor to return. I insisted that she call the supervisor and she did. They said they could not get someone out to look at the airconditoning until Monday as it was weekend. There was no way that we would stay in a room. I demanded to leave and not be charged. The receptionist had really bad service, she was inexperienced and did not care. We were told that we we would not be charged and we left and found a lovely hotel river front which was even cheaper, had lovely views and airconditioning.

Situato nei pressi del fiume Adda in un contesto con molto verde. Il parcheggio sotterraneo enorme e comodo tiene al riparo il veicolo dalle intemperie. Si può cenare nel ristorante della struttura oppure in uno dei molti locali raggiungibili in pochi minuti in auto

Wir hatten bei der Bemerkung erwähnt das wir einen Kinderbett brauchen, sie hatten nichts davon gewusst. Wir mussten Gebäude wechseln und niemand half uns mit den Koffern. Das Zimmer war ultra klein. Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind) aber hatten Tücher nur für zwei Personen. Das Kind wurde gar nicht als Gast mitgerechnet trotz Angaben bei der Buchung.
