「Expedia please be very clear with your listings. I always sort by hotels and don't like B&B's. This for me was a bad experience, small room, terrible bed and location was away from everything. My wife and I hated this place because not hotel. This could have been avoided if listed on your site as B&B, so I could have spent my money on good hotel. Shame on Expedia for making my wife and I unhappy for 3 days.」

「We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again.」

「This is a room in a beautiful building, ~ 15 minute walking distance from city center, right next to Boboli Gardens. It was an easy self-check-in. There was online assistance to answer any questions. Biggest downsides for us was no parking near the apartment, and no staff onsite, so we were unable to leave luggage there before check in/ after check out.」

「Filippo and Enrico prepared very nice breakfasts, although you must cbeck to make sure that you've paid for the breakfast because it's extra. The codes and keys to get in the building all worked fine. The room was clean and convenient. I would only recommend adding another small table in the room to be able to put stuff on. This property is located in a good neighborhood and is a 5- 10 min walk to Duomo, Fortesa and the Academia Gallery. So it is very well situated in the middle of the most...

「Luca is very friendly and helpful. He recommended some restaurants and places with map. The room is beautiful, clean, good light from window and spaceful. There are a table and chairs in room but we also can open 2 29" luggages and move. The air condition is very well in summer time. No fridge in the room. The breakfast is basic but enough. I recommend the hotel to stay.」
